Product Description

The Benchmark Supply's F8 and eBase Base & Rover Surveying Package delivers a high-performance RTK solution engineered for demanding field applications such as construction layout, topographic surveys, mining, and cadastral mapping. Designed with versatility and portability in mind, both the eBase and F8 GNSS receivers (Innovation by CHC, Performance for You) are interchangeable, allowing either unit to operate as a base or a rover.

The eBase base station features an internal 5-watt UHF radio, offering RTK coverage up to 25 km in optimal conditions—all without external batteries, cables, or radios. It includes built-in real-time interference self-checking, helping users find the best available frequency for uninterrupted data transmission.

The F8 GNSS rover brings together lightweight construction, advanced iStar 2.0 technology for superior ionospheric error mitigation, and a 200Hz Auto-IMU with tilt compensation up to 60°—allowing efficient stakeouts in challenging terrain. It’s also equipped with dual cameras for visual surveying, ideal for capturing high-accuracy data and site photos on the go.

Field operations are streamlined through the pre-installed LandStar 8 software on the included 8" Active5 Android Tablet. With its MetaCAD engine, modular workflow support, and cloud connectivity, LandStar 8 enables users to execute and manage all project types—line work, road design, volume calculations, and more—with precision and ease. The package also includes one-year subscription of Control Point Corrections TrueRTK (powered by Point One Navigation) for centimeter-level accuracy, GPS pole and aluminum bipod.
