The standard flow lineup includes four models: 1DSS (1,467 ft-lbs torque), 2DSS (2,254 ft-lbs), 3DSS (2,829 ft-lbs), and 4DSS (3,275 ft-lbs). Higher model numbers mean more torque. Select based on your soil conditions and typical hole size.
You can add an auger bit at checkout. The drive is available with or without a bit included. We carry three types: Light Condition Earth, General Purpose, and RC4 Rock and Earth Combo, in sizes from 6 to 36 inches.
The Eaton Bell motor extends the gearbox deeper into the hole as you drill, which maximizes drilling depth without needing an extension. It also eliminates the need for a bulky valve block, reducing maintenance points.
General purpose post hole drilling, fence posts, tree planting, and foundation piers in standard soil. For hard rock or caliche, consider the RC4 Rock and Earth Combo auger bits for better performance.
