Product Description
The EasyNAV EMG100 3D Excavator System is a cost-effective entry into 3D machine control for small to mid-scale jobs. Operators get centimeter-level guidance for slope/embankments, trenching, plane cuts, and foundations, with real-time cut/fill volumes to reduce rework. On-machine surface design lets crews create and modify simple plans in the field, minimizing survey callouts and keeping work moving.
Optimized hardware and excavator algorithms shorten setup and training. Most machines are up and running in under 2 hours, calibration takes about 15 minutes, and the display makes it easy for new and experienced operators alike. The system supports swivel/triple booms, tilt buckets (add optional IMU), multiple bucket profiles, and connects to GNSS RTK via network or base—delivering a reliable, repeatable workflow for day-to-day production. Package includes installation, CPC TrueRTK (1 year), and a 1-year support and SIM plan for immediate, out-of-the-box productivity.
